"For major car problems, I take it to Jeff!"
I can do many basic car repairs myself, but when it comes to problems that are out of my scope, I rely on Jensen's to fix my cars. I know that Jeff is an honest guy and that he doesn't charge me for work that I don't need. The service I get from Jensen's is quick, efficient and not overpriced.
There was one occasion when I brought my Jeep Cherokeee in for repairs. Instead of performing the work himself and charging me for it, Jeff checked the Chrysler/Jeep web site and found that there had been a recall for that problem. He printed the recall paperwork and advised me to go to the local Jeep dealer who repaired my Jeep at no cost to me. I appreciate Jeff's type of service.
